The machine operates by drawing the wire from the coil through the fast rotating spinner, passes through a cutting off tool into the scaling bar where it strikes at the adjusted length and this stroke makes the cutting mechanism complete.
The straightening function is performed by 5 straightening blocks which are adjustable and contains a simple to use straightening bush etc the user to make replacement to his own work.
