Hydraulic Oil Chiller

Advance Cooling Hydraulic Oil Chillers are used to maintain precise oil temperature in the power packs which are used in hydraulic systems of CNC machine tools, high speed presses and hydraulic powered special purpose machines and hydraulic equipment.

  • CLEANABLE LASER WELDED PLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS : One side gasket & laser Welded at refrigerant side.
  • BRAZED PLATE EVAPORATOR : Brazed Plate Evaporator is very compact and very efficient, due to which size and weight of the oil chiller reduces.
  • DIP IN TYPE WITH STAINLESS STEEL TUBE : Here the evaporator made up of stainless steel tube is directly immersed in the tank of oil to be cooled. Stainless steel tube of evaporator provides better life against corrosion and erosion.
  • CLEANABLE SHELL AND STAINLESS TUBE TYPE EVAPORATOR : Evaporator is compact size & applicable for cutting oil. the shell can be removed to clean evaporator coil.
  • AIR COOLED : This is made up of aluminum fins, with inner groove copper tubes.
  • WATER COOLED : Revo Engineers uses tube-in-tube type of water cooled condensers. This is used when ambient temperature is in the range of 55°C or more or when the environment is very dusty and corrosive.

All components are thoroughly tested and inspected before assembly and due importance is given to internal cleanliness of Evaporators, Condensers, Copper Tubes, etc. All machines are tested on specially designed Test Rig at low and full load before dispatch.
