Frankie Masala
Ingredients: Cumin, Coriander, Pomegranate Seeds, Dry Mango, Salt, Black Pepper, Chilly, Asafoetida, Turmeric.

Recipe: Boil & Smash 500gm Potatoes for 15 to 16 Frankie. Mix finely chopped Cabbage and Onion add Salt as per taste. Add 3-4 of tbsp of Spring Star Frankie Masala and prepare oval shape portion of approx. 50gm each. Keep ready finely chopped Onion-add 2 tsp Vinegar. Apply Butter on Chappati and sprinkle onion and Spring Star Frankie Masala on it. Put stuff on it, roast on tawa for 2-3 min. Roll the Chappati and serve hot.
