Pulav & Biryani Masala
An aromatic Blend of Spices used to make Royal Pulavs and Traditional Biryanis of India. It's a special blend of Exotic spices used to enrich the taste of a variety of Rice Dishes.
Recipe: Soak 250gm Basmati Rice for half-an-hour or any other variety of rice for 15-20 minutes and after drying it, heat with 2 tbsp of Ghee. Take one small piece of ginger, two big tomatoes, 4-6 garlic sticks, 3 chopped onions and grind to paste. Take 3 tbsp of ghee, heat it and add boiled vegetables like cauliflower, french beans, carrot, green peas or any other green veggies you love and add salt as per taste, chilly powder, turmeric, 2 tbsp of Spring Star Pulav & Biryani Masala and fry for 5 minutes along with above paste. Cook rice and above mixture in 700ml of water till the water gets absorbed.
